Washing

• Hand washing is recommended for the best longevity.
  
• If using a dishwasher, place the mug on the top rack only.
  
• Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh detergents that may scratch the surface or fade the design.
  

Heating

• Microwave safe (unless otherwise stated on your mug).
  
• Do not heat the mug when it is empty.
  
• Avoid sudden temperature changes—for example, pouring boiling water into a mug straight from the refrigerator.
  

Handling

• Avoid dropping or striking the mug against hard surfaces.
  
• Do not stack mugs too tightly to prevent chipping.

Stain Removal

For tea or coffee stains, soak the inside with warm water and a little baking soda.

Gently scrub with a soft sponge to restore the shine.
