Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement.

Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with a terry washcloth or a soft-bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.
